Plans and billing in Philippines

How much does Lendbox cost a lending company in the Philippines?

Basic is $29 a month, about PHP 1,900 in pesos at the indicative rate, or $25 a month when paid yearly. A cooperative with two branches takes Business at $99 a month, three branches Growth at $149, and a network beyond that takes Enterprise, priced per staff member and per branch. Lendbox charges a Visa or Mastercard in US dollars; the peso figure is an estimate for your board.

Does a microfinance NGO pay the same as a lending company?

Yes. Lendbox has one price list for every kind of lender in the Philippines; the plan is set by branches and staff logins, not by legal form, loan size or how many borrowers you serve. An MF-NGO with one office and one officer pays Basic, the same as a lending company of the same size, and GCash and Maya repayments are recorded against the loan on both.

Can a cooperative compare the peso and dollar prices side by side?

Yes. This page is the peso view; the Lendbox pricing page shows the same four plans in the US dollars your card is charged, with the questions boards ask before they choose. Both start the same 30-day trial, and nothing is charged until the cooperative decides to keep the system.

Billing questions from lenders in Philippines

Is Lendbox billed in pesos?

No. The subscription is a dollar charge and the receipt is in dollars. Peso figures here are a converted estimate; your card issuer's rate on the day sets the peso amount on your statement.

Can I pay with GCash or Maya?

Not for the subscription. GCash and Maya repayments from borrowers can be recorded against loans, but Lendbox itself is paid by a Visa or Mastercard enabled for international online payments. The only market where the subscription is paid by mobile money is Zambia.

Is a card needed to start the 30-day trial from the Philippines?

No. The trial opens without payment details. Run the peso book for 30 days, and enter a card only when the lending company decides to keep the system.

Is there a free plan in the Philippines?

No. The free plan is available in Zambia only. Philippine lenders finish the trial on Basic, or on Business and Growth when they operate several branches.

Can a cooperative pay annually?

Yes. The annual option on the grid shows the yearly amount, charged once, which many cooperatives prefer because the board approves one payment rather than twelve.
