Plans and billing in Zambia
Zambian lenders pay ZMW 390 a month for Basic, or ZMW 330 a month on yearly billing, on the legacy kwacha sheet. Business is ZMW 1,000 a month, Growth ZMW 2,100, and Enterprise adds ZMW 190 per staff member and ZMW 290 per branch. The amounts are converted from the legacy dollar sheet when the invoice is raised, and you pay by MTN, Airtel or Zamtel mobile money or by card.
Standard transaction fees on wallet payments, and nothing else. Disbursing to MTN, Airtel or Zamtel and collecting repayments into the wallet carry the processor's fee per transaction; the subscription itself has no setup fee and no charge per borrower, loan or repayment. The fee schedule is shown in the dashboard with your wallet, and the same wallet volume is what earns a free month under the volume reward.

Yes. Zambian subscriptions can be paid by MTN, Airtel or Zamtel mobile money, or by card. The payment is handled by our local processor, and the receipt is issued in kwacha.
